The congress on \u00ab\u00a0New Interfaces for Musical Expression\u00a0\u00bb, NIME<\/a> 2019, took place in Brazil in early June.<\/p>\n

I presented a paper on Skini at this conference. The NIME conference started 20 years ago, and has the merit of bringing together individuals dealing with subjects as varied as technology, musicology, musical creation and the history of technology. It is therefore characterized by a rather exceptional open-mindedness. We will note for this session the importance of Deep Learing technologies, with a first Workshop organized by Charles Martin from the University of Oslo and the afternoon of June 6th dedicated to Artificial Intelligence. This still gives 1.5 days on the theme of AI for 4 days of conference\/workshop.<\/p>\n

Note that all NIME publications are free of charge.<\/p>\n

J’ai pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un article sur Skini lors de cette conf\u00e9rence. La conf\u00e9rence NIME existe depuis 20 ans, elle a le m\u00e9rite de regrouper des individus traitant de sujets aussi vari\u00e9s que la technologie, la musicologie, la cr\u00e9ation musicale ou l’histoire des technologies. Elle se caract\u00e9rise donc par une ouverture d’esprit assez exceptionnelle. On notera pour cette session l’importance que prennent les technologies du Deep Learing, avec un premier Workshop organis\u00e9 par Charles Martin de l’Universit\u00e9 d’Oslo ainsi que l’apr\u00e8s -midi du 6 juin consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l’Intelligence Artificielle. Ce qui donne quand m\u00eame 1,5 journ\u00e9e sur le th\u00e8me de l’IA pour 4 jours de conf\u00e9rence\/workshop.<\/em><\/p>\n
